Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account?
No. StyleKeys has no accounts, no sign-in and no sign-up.
Does StyleKeys cost anything?
No. StyleKeys is free and has no in-app purchases, subscriptions or ads. Every theme, font and sticker pack is included.
What does Allow Full Access do? Is it safe?
Typing, suggestions, emoji and fonts work without Full Access. With Full Access on, the keyboard can use your themes, stickers and settings from the app, vibrate on key presses, save clipboard history and copy stickers for pasting. StyleKeys has no internet features and never sends what you type anywhere.
My theme doesn't show in the keyboard
Turn on Allow Full Access (Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > StyleKeys). Changes made in the app appear the next time the keyboard opens, so close the keyboard and open it again.
How do I send a sticker?
iOS lets third-party keyboards insert text only. Tap a sticker to copy it, then long-press the message field and choose Paste. Stickers need Allow Full Access.
Clipboard history isn't saving what I copy
Turn on Allow Full Access, and set Settings > Apps > StyleKeys > Paste from Other Apps to Allow. Items copied from password managers are skipped on purpose.
How do I delete my clipboard items or learned words?
Clipboard: in the app's Clipboard tab, delete single items or clear recent ones. You can also choose how long items are kept. Learned words: Settings tab > Clear Learned Words, or turn off "Learn from my typing". Deleting the app removes all StyleKeys data from your device.
How do I add or switch languages?
In the app: Settings > Languages. With more than one language on, a language key appears next to 123 on the keyboard.
Can I type Hindi with English letters?
Yes. Turn on Hinglish in Languages. Type words like "namaste" and press space to get नमस्ते.
Why does iOS show the regular keyboard in password fields?
iOS always uses the system keyboard for password and other secure fields. This is expected.
