StyleKeys Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the StyleKeys app and its keyboard extension for iPhone ("StyleKeys"), published by Shruti Kapuriya ("we", "us"). By downloading or using StyleKeys you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use StyleKeys.

1. Apple's standard terms

StyleKeys is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). If these Terms and the Standard EULA conflict, the Standard EULA applies. Apple is not responsible for StyleKeys or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it.

2. Free to use

StyleKeys is free. It has no accounts, no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. The app (never the keyboard) shows ads provided by Google AdMob and its partners; see the Privacy Policy. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use StyleKeys on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Standard EULA.

3. Your content

• Photos you use for themes or stickers, notes you write and text you copy stay yours and stay on your device.
• Only use photos and text you have the right to use. You are responsible for what you create, copy, paste or send with StyleKeys.
• Stickers and styled text you send are delivered by the app you paste them into (for example a chat app), under that app's own terms.

4. Our content

Themes, fonts, sticker artwork, the StyleKeys name and the mascot are owned by us. You may use them through StyleKeys and share stickers and styled text in your messages and posts for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the app or its artwork as your own.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use StyleKeys to harass, threaten or harm others, to break the law, or to attempt to reverse engineer, modify or interfere with the app, except where the law allows it.

6. Keyboard and Allow Full Access

Typing works without Allow Full Access. If you turn it on, StyleKeys uses it only for the features described in our Privacy Policy (themes and settings from the app, haptics, clipboard history and sticker copying). Nothing you type is sent anywhere. iOS always switches to the system keyboard for password fields.

7. Suggestions and autocorrect

Word suggestions, autocorrect, translation of Hinglish to Devanagari and swipe typing are automatic and may be wrong. Please check your text before you send it.

8. No warranty

StyleKeys is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that it will be error-free or always available, or that it will work with every app.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of StyleKeys. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Changes and ending use

We may update StyleKeys and these Terms. When the Terms change, we will update the date above; continuing to use StyleKeys means you accept the new Terms. You can stop using StyleKeys at any time by deleting the app, which also deletes all of its data from your device.
